Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses AI Video API, whether through this website, the playground, or the API. By submitting a prompt, image or video you confirm that your request complies with it.

Prohibited content

You may not use AI Video API to create, upload or request:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including nudity and sexualized imagery or video.
• Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone who appears to be under 18 in a sexual or suggestive way. We report such material to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "undressing" or altering a real person's photo to make it sexual.
• Deepfakes or likenesses of real people (including public figures) made without their consent, or content intended to impersonate, deceive, harass or defame someone.
• Content that is illegal, promotes violence or terrorism, or infringes someone else's rights.

Automated moderation

Every generation request — the text prompt and every uploaded or reference image — is screened by automated content moderation before it is processed. Requests that violate this policy are refused and are not charged. If the safety check is temporarily unavailable the request is refused rather than processed unscreened; you can simply try again. Refused requests are logged so that repeated attempts can be reviewed.

Enforcement

Attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account and API keys without refund, and, where the law requires it, to a report to law enforcement.
