Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Video API — this website, the playground and the API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, using an API key or submitting a request you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account and API keys

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys, for keeping your keys secret, and for the requests your own users send through your integration. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe a key has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request or distribute:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including nudity and sexualized imagery or video.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors or anyone who appears to be under 18. We report such material to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, including "undressing" or altering a real person's photo to make it sexual.
• Deepfakes or likenesses of real people (including public figures) made without their consent, or content intended to impersonate, deceive, harass or defame someone.
• Anything illegal, anything that promotes violence or terrorism, or anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Every request is screened by automated content moderation before it is processed, and refused requests are logged. If our moderation service is temporarily unavailable, requests are still subject to our providers' built-in safety filters and are logged for later review. Suspension and termination

We may refuse any request, and may suspend or terminate an account or API key that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use & Content Policy, without refund where the violation is serious. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Credits, plans and payment

Generations consume credits as shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Requests that are refused by moderation, or that fail, are not charged. If you are not satisfied, contact support to request a refund of unused credits.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you submit and in the videos generated for you, and you are responsible for having the rights to submit them. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver them to you and to screen them for policy compliance.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
