Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AI Video API collects when you use this website, the playground and the API, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile image from the sign-in method you choose (Google, GitHub or email), and your API keys.
• Billing data: your plan, credit balance and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Requests and output: the prompts, images and settings you submit, and the videos generated for you, together with task status and timestamps.
• Moderation records: when a request is refused under our Acceptable Use & Content Policy, we keep a record of the refusal, the prompt and the categories it was flagged for. If our moderation service is temporarily unavailable, we keep a record of the request (account, prompt and image links) so it can be reviewed later.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly page analytics, error reports, and the messages you send to support.

How we use it

To run the Service and deliver your generations, to bill you, to screen requests for prohibited content and enforce our terms, to prevent fraud and abuse, to answer support requests, and to send service emails such as credit and billing notices.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service: Stripe (payments), OpenAI (automated content moderation of prompts and images), the AI model providers that render your videos, our cloud hosting and storage providers, and our analytics, error monitoring, email and support-chat tools. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, including reports of child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and billing data while your account is open and as long as accounting law requires afterwards. Generated videos remain available to you until you ask us to delete them or close your account. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
